Welcome to CasperCoach. We are delighted that you chose CasperCoach for your Casper test preparation. Please read these terms and conditions and contact us if you have any questions.
Preamble
Access to this website is strictly subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement below. In this agreement, "we" and "us" refer to CasperCoach, "the Site/website" refers to caspercoach.com.au, and "you" refers to the applicant.
01. General
The products and services displayed on this website are limited to persons who are eligible to enter into contracts under applicable laws. CasperCoach reserves the right to reject your application to become a registered user and to suspend user privileges of any registered user who violates this Agreement. Use of this website implies your consent to this Agreement. CasperCoach's packages are for purchase by bona fide applicants only, that is, those preparing for and sitting CASPer exams.
02. Refund Policy
CasperCoach offers a 4th Quartile Guarantee. If your official CASPer score is not in the 4th quartile after using our platform, you are entitled to a full refund. Full eligibility criteria, the claim process, and time windows are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
For refund requests outside the 4th Quartile Guarantee (for example, accidental purchase or technical issues that prevent you from using the platform), please contact support@caspercoach.com.au within 7 days of purchase. These requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.
03. Fees and Currency
All fees are payable in Australian Dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to change our prices by posting notice to your account and on the website. Any disputes regarding fees must be reported to support@caspercoach.com.au within 72 hours of the date of the disputed invoice.
04. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content included on the Site is the sole property of CasperCoach and is protected by Australian copyright and other intellectual property laws. All material is meant for personal use only. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution of site content is strictly prohibited.
05. Limitation of Liability
CasperCoach shall not be liable for any direct, special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages incurred arising out of the use or the inability to use this website. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee the completeness or timeliness of information provided.
06. 4th Quartile Guarantee
CasperCoach offers a 4th Quartile Guarantee: if your official CASPer score is not in the 4th quartile after using our platform, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. The complete eligibility criteria, claim process, and time window are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
